The character struggling against Tourettes and OCD has many disturbing scenes. He stalks his ex wife, barks uncontrollably, has uncontrollable facial ticks, screams profanities, and becomes so depressed that he neglects his personal hygiene, resulting in long, ragged hair, dirty clothes and long, dirty fingernails.
