An old woman is killed offscreen with a corkscrew.

A couple in a grocery store are physically abused and sexually degraded (they are not murdered). The clerk of the store is stabbed in the chest.

Two brothers are kidnapped. It is implied that one was mutilated and dismembered while the other brother is forced to watch. The remaining survivor is physically abused and then butchered with a clawhammer.
