The Sopornos 3 (2001)

Bobby Soporno is released from jail because of a lack of witnesses, but his troubles aren't over yet. He goes up against the Russian mob, which is trying to take over a friend's clothing business, and he has to find out which one of the guys in his organization is snitching to the cops.
