very little if any at all al though the ghost of christmas past is barefoot and just barely clothed (nothing is shown and this isnt vulgar in any way)

there is occasional mild profanity which in victorian times was possibly more frowned upon.

some viewers may be firghtened of some of the ghosts perticularly jacob marley and some of his companions. Some of the music in this film is somehow sinister. The idea of tiny tim dieing is a bit disturbing though is nothing unusual since this is featured in almost every adapatation of a christmas carol
