Star Cinema presents "Nagsimula sa Puso": Celina (Hilda Koronel), a young college professor, falls in love with one of her students, Carlo (Richard Gomez). When her mother (Armida Siguion-Reyna) finds out, she's not happy about it and seeks ways to end their relationship.
