This version has some very famous actors (before they were famous), but this is not a high-quality production. The camerawork and sound is very poor. The best version for classrooms is the 1979 version with Ian McKellen.
Violence & Gore
None
Mild violence consistent with the play
Profanity
None
Obviously none, as it follows the play exactly
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
None
None
Frightening & Intense Scenes
None
The 1979 version with Ian McKellen is the best. The versions from 1948, 1971, and 2015 are also highly recommended. This version has no adult content, but it is not a good film.
