There are various scenes of people being brutally assaulted and killed by men.

There are black patches and boils seen on people who got the plague in graphic detail.

In rita's dream she was dreaming that her twin sons are swordfighting in fron of a fire and one of the twing got killed and the living twin got his twin brother's blood all over his hand. In real life (not a dream) rita's twins died by illness. Rita's husband died before the twins because he got stabed by the sword while he was fighting.

There are no profanitys

There are not that much drinking just a couple of scenes have alcolol.

The graphic detail of the black patches and boils on the characters with the plague can be frightening to some.

There are a lot of sword fights i just lost counting
