Shadowboxer (2005)

After an argument with a woman, a man says to her "I think you need a little dicky," before putting her into position and having rough sex with her. Her facial expression is pained and agitated as if she were not comfortable or totally consensual with the act.

A man has sex with a woman from behind. At one point, the man completely withdraws and his condom-covered penis is fully visible. The woman's breasts are also fully visible. A man is shot dead and lands on a young boy. A woman is shot in the head while having sex. A man is distracted while having sex by an argument in the hall. He abruptly walks out naked and brutally kills two of the people by shooting them point blank in the chest and he shoots the third in the foot. A finger is severed with garden shears. A young boy shoots a man in the back.

Early on, there is a flash-back scene in which the male lead (as a 7 year old child) watches the female lead shoot his father to death. A woman goes into labor as she is about to be killed. At the point of simultaneous sexual climax, the man shoots the woman in the head. A young boy witnesses torture and mass shootings before he himself is forced to shoot his own biological father to save the male lead.
