Shadow Dragon (2005)

The last two members of the legendary "Barrio Angelz" are torn between loyalty and obligation when they are ordered by a cartel to assassinate the leader of a competing family. Their teacher is the legendary Shadow Dragon, and the man who killed their friends. Meanwhile, two vice detectives must track down a serial killer targeting the Kucho Drug cartel.
