Permanent Vacation (2007)

In this outlandish black comedy, mild-mannered Eric takes his wife and children on what he believes will be a final happy holiday before his kids leave the nest, but instead he is is thrust into a world of sexual decadence, headless corpses, sadistic police officers, and one wise old man.
