A bizarre cult is kidnapping beautiful women for a murderous ritual. Agent Blackwell is called back from vacation to lead the investigation into the disappearance of the latest victim. When Blackwell gets too close to the truth, one of the cult's minions kidnaps her as well. Can Blackwell's boss find the two women in time?
