Predicaments 2: The Halloween Trap (2000)

The hostess of a late night horror show invites her chief competitor to a Halloween party. The ladies soon engage in a competitive game of "tie-up and escape" which becomes a little too real when a home-invader ropes and gags the two not-so-friendly rivals in inescapable bondage.
