People are killed in several gruesome ways, including a decapitation, a axe is rammed into a girls head, a boy has his head sliced by a large plank, a man has his throat slashed with a buzzsaw, an axe is rammed into a man's chest, a man has half his face melted off with acid, a girl has her throat cut, a man has his face beaten in with a fire estinguisher, a man's neck is cracked and a man is fried when a computer is smashed onto his head. Lots of blood, brains and gore.
