Earth Environment Underground (1999)

Thugs working for a giant corporation kidnap the leader of a green terrorist group. A rival gang member kidnaps the blonde goon and the brunette ringleader and plans to play both ends against the middle. In the second story, a buxom beauty is trapped in a time loop with her kidnapper.
