Midnight Bondage at the Pizza Joint (1998)

Two story lines: in the first a fake food inspector nabs a pizza store worker and her only customer and tries to force the ladies to reveal the combination to the safe by tying them in ever stricter positions with less and less clothing. In the second story, a dominatrix finds the tables turned on her.
