M&M, the Incredible Twins (1989)

An unfortunate accident separates twins Marcelo (Jimmy Santos) and Marcelino (Herbert Bautista) at birth. Marcelo is adopted by a poor family while Marcelino grows up with their biological parents. They eventually meet and reconcile when they go courting the same woman.
