Ruby wins a beauty contest and Gloria, her unhappy runner-up is forced to become her valet at the world's championships. Determined to take Ruby's place, Gloria leads the lovely damsel bound and gagged backstage. Will the contest officials see through this subterfuge, or will Ruby be shipped back to her native land, tied and muzzled in a packing crate?
