Keisatsu nikki (1955)

The local Fukushima constabulary has a policeman who sees himself as part of the community. He does a lot more than just policing. A policeman finds an infant and a child near his station. He tries to offload them at every known agency and responsible body, but does not have success. Perhaps he can take care of them himself?
