Because I'm a Woman (1980)

A cynical woman who has never experienced true love and an ambitious man who has never made time for romance meet by chance one night when Mi-ja, avoiding a friend, hides herself in Seok-jin's car. Their budding romance encounters a crisis when they learn that Seok-jin is dying.
