In one scene Albertina repeatedly screams. It intensely expresses the difficult emotions of the subject matter.

Fast editing heightens intensity in many scenes, parallel with the investigation of the horrible past of the dictatorship (including the appearance of a saying the dictatorship used about first killing the subversives and then killing their sympathizers and finally the indifferent).
