The movie starts off with an evisceration scene. A lot of gore appears later on. Many decapitations, those heads are sent off flying. Bodies are cut in half. A certain character uses magic to blow up a car. Hitler, his lover, spectators at a video shop, and nearly everyone at the museum end up dying in some manner, most of which in a gory way. People are in some cases are literally impaled by Nikos' sword. But that's why they call him Nikos, 'the impaler.'

Hitler appears. The gore may shock some viewers but it becomes so excessive that it becomes comical. So excessive that perhaps even the 'average' viewer may also reach the point where he's amused.
