Random couples from the street have sex in a storefront and attached residential units. While the camera records all the action, there is an enigmatic, voluptuous woman, The Voyeur, in a suit watching. In the final scene, the Voyeur is found in the bathroom of a residential unit above the storefront, having sex in the bathtub.
