Opening sequence is a naked man swimming underwater, full frontal nudity.

Strong nudity/ sexual scenes. Sex scenes throughout and verbal references. A strip scene is shown early on with full female nudity (breasts, butt, and vagina). A stripper removes her panties and spreads her legs to reveal her pubic region, with pubic hair. Labia majora are visible. Some sex scenes occur later but are quite brief. A graphic orgy scene is shown near the end of the film with unsimulated (real) sex shown.

Strong violence. Children fight with blood spurts and bruises shown. A man is hit with a bottle and a bleeding wound is shown. A man is punched twice in the face with blood shown around his mouth.

Strong language throughout. Multiple uses of the word fuck. At least two uses of the word cunt. Some milder swearing such as: bitch, shit and twat are also used.

Drug use throughout. Includes the use of cocaine, ecstasy or a similar substance, cannabis and Yage (Ayahuasca). Unknown pills are also taken. Smoking and alcohol throughout.
