Der Unfall (1968)

A Spanish man searches for his brother, who works on an excavation pit in Colonia, Germany. He doesn't speak a word of the people's language but all he knows is that his brother was injured in a strange accident of which police authorities are suspicious that this guest worker must have been doing something wrong.
