Rabbit Ears: The Fool and the Flying Ship (1991)

The Tsar of Russia proclaims that whoever builds a flying ship will marry his daughter, the princess. But, when a wacky,country fool and his five strange, superhuman friends arrive at the palace of the Tsar, the Tsar quickly sets impossible tasks for the "moujiks" before the fool could marry his daughter.
