Till the Last Moment (1972)

Shortly after the German Occupation of Greece, the pained father and successful businessman, Konstadinos Mavroleon, approaches the fallen aristocrat and habitual gambler, Alekos Kallergis, with an offer he can't refuse. As a result, for a hefty reward, Alekos is to pose as his spitting image, Dimos Fokas, an officer of the Greek Army presumed missing in action, and above all, the beau of Mavroleon's dying daughter, Olga. Now, for the following three short months, Alekos must do everything in his power to make Olga happy. Can love ease the pain of the doomed young woman?
