The Rugrats: All Growed Up (2001)

Take a trip with Tommy, Chuckie and the rest of the Rugrats gang as they fantasize fourteen years into the future. The Rugrats travel 14 years into the future where they're getting ready for their first "Simple Plan Grown-Up Concert". Things go awry when Tommy gets grounded as they take over the whole world when spike's eating a cookie.
