Beauty in Rope Hell (1983)

During the Second World War, lame postman Kazu who lives alone becomes obsessed with the beautiful, young Mitsuko who has just married to Eikichi. When Eikichi is summoned by the army, he sees his chance and kidnaps her. He holds her tied up and tortures in his attic where she becomes his sex toy.
