Quality Time with Uncle Spike (1987)

In this parody of a local kids' show, created by children's book writer and illustrator Peter Elwell, Uncle Spike is the reluctant replacement for his brother-in-law, Cap'n Buddy, who met with an unfortunate accident during a card game.
