Wasurerarenai onna (1999)

A young man is so distraught over the recent breakup with his girlfriend that he systematically destroys his relationships with all of his friends. Finally driven to stalking his ex, he becomes so blind to everything but his own loneliness that he can't even see that the woman who loves him is standing right in front of him.
