A woman is seen with little clothing on, but not much else.

There is creature related gore throughout. At one point, a man vomits, and tick eggs explode out of his eye, throat, mouth, and shoulder-area. Related blood as a result. The spider also vomits poison on a man, killing him. Throughout, the spider kills people. The spider is stabbed at the end and spider guts can be seen.

The scenes where the spider kills people can be considered frightening, and other scenes where the heroes are in danger can be intense. It really matters who's watching it.
