Parents of six-year-old Gosha, leaving on a business trip, as always, leave their son in the care of the Zarya firm. This time Gosha's nanny becomes a student of the pedagogical institute - sensitive and conscientious Sasha, whom Gosha immediately devotes to his secret: it turns out that the host of the TV program "Evening Fairy Tale" Ilya Gurov is his father, who has long left them with his mother. Noticing that the boy really lacks male upbringing, Sasha decides to restore the family.
