Russian war prisoners were forced to Norway during WWII to realize Hitler's dream of an Arctic railway. Thousands died of starvation and maltreatment in concentration camps just near the Swedish border. The Organisation Todt (OT), named after Fritz Todt an engineer and senior Nazi leader, was responsible for implementing the vision.
