In the future, Margaret Thatcher has retired from politics, and has settled at Dunrulin, her new residence in Dulwich. Unfortunately, the rubbish is not being collected, so Maggie sets out with some local 'celebrities' to clean up the rubbish. Unfortunately, Denis has to get in the way.
