A few scenes when Toby's robot self is shown in his built-in underwear, but there's nothing graphic at all about a robot's nudity.

One man is shown smoking a cigar at one time or another. Other than that, no smoking, drinking, or drugs. Our hero gets offered a drink, but it turns out to be oil.

Some of the scenes contain battles between humans and robots against other robots, and result in flying metal, crashing buildings, and scattered debris. It's clear that some of the robots are intent on doing bodily harm and even killing humans, and several people are shown being 'absorbed' by an evil robot, resulting in their deaths.
