Female rear nudity as well as bare breasts are shown. There are a few fairly graphic rape scenes; one of which consists of a husband furiously raping his wife, and another in which the same man puts objects in a young woman's vagina, including a lightbulb, which smashes inside of her. A transsexual then has sex with this young woman in order to damage their penis, as they wish to become a woman.

There is one other scene in which two young women make out with each other.

Several gory things are done between the contestants in a 'game show' in which they must dare each other in order to win a million dollars. These things include: a hair-dryer being forced down a man's throat and turned on at full heat for a number of minutes, a man urinating in a woman's mouth and a man beating his wife viciously. A woman is raped with a lightbulb, during which the bulb breaks off inside her. She pulls back bloody fingers. A man has the head of his penis bitten off and spat on the ground. A close up of the appendage is shown. A woman stabs two contestants with a screw driver. A woman is raped by her husband. The body of a dead woman is raped by the last surviving contestant.

All dialogue is in Japanese; some profanity.

The entire film is very violent, misogynistic, disturbing, gory, sleazy and just leaves an overall bad taste in your mouth.
