Infliction of pain for punishment of another person (Because you didn't say what I wanted you to say, I'm going to hurt her etc), minor inflicted burns, multiple stabbings with religious item (Crucifix with blade attached), attempted drowning, crude removal of blade from chest, reference to murder of children.

Minorly disturbing scenes, such as when the antagonist writes "BOY TOY" on his chest, and seemingly looses control of himself. Depiction of a violent, religious fanatic. Extreme views given for and against christianity, given in a disturbing context.
