The "Secret Couple" OVA is considerably more sexually charged then the main series. There are frequent moderate sexual references, as well as an attempted sexual assault in which we see a male tied to a bed and a female with a pixelated sex toy in her hand. We also see a couple begin to have consensual sex, with a side view of their nude bodies (no explicit detail) as the male is on top of the female kissing her neck.

While considerably tamer then some of its promotional artwork may suggest, there is occasional fanservice, including close-ups of cleavage, panty shots, and partially obscured female breasts.
