Deuce Bigalow ('Rob Schneider') goes to Amsterdam after a little accident including two irritating kids and a bunch of aggressive dolphins. There he meets up with his old friend TJ Hicks ('Eddie Griffin'). But a mysterious killer starts killing some of Amsterdams finest gigolos and TJ is mistaken for the extremely gay murderer. Deuce must enter the gigolo industry again to find the real murderer and clear TJs name.

In a restaurant, two man are sitting at a table. One man starts to choke, but the other man thinks he's explaining how to pleasure a woman and tries to copy the "instructions". He makes suggestive gestures with his hands and tongue.

A man urinates in a toilet (we see the stream briefly), a cat comes in the room, the man asks if the cat likes his "big hairy b*lls", the cat then bites his genitals, he struggles to get it off and calls the cat a "bad p*ssy".

One gag revolves around a woman who was born with a penis in her face instead of a nose. Nothing can be seen since she's wearing a veil. However, in one scene, she sneezes several times, resulting in semen being spread across the room and hitting some people. Played for laughs but still pretty gross.

A man hides in a tanning bed. Inside, he notices a burnt corpse. When he gets out, he's shown holding the corpses penis in his hand by accident.

A woman receives a "Portuguese Breakfast", no nudity is shown.

A man gives himself "the pumps" with a penis enlarger, resulting in his penis to explode.

A boy wears a sexual device around his arm, mistaking it for a bracelet.

Near the end of the movie, two man fight with swords shaped like penises.

A woman tells a man she faked an orgasm.

We hear that a man became a "man whore" in prison.
