There is no sex or nudity. There is one story or case involving a man inserting an object in his rectum. There is discussion of other items that doctors have found inserted in patient's rectums over the years.

The cases often deal with accidents or natural disasters that caused damage or injury to a person -- each ending up with something piercing or entering the person's body and causing damage. A couple of the instances are self-inflicted and at least one is caused due to crime where another person stabs the individual in the head.
