There are several scenes either before or after sex. Most of these include nudity of at least one man. One of the characters is shown full frontal standing and talking in two such scenes. A second character is shown briefly from the side in one.

The only real sex scene involves only noises and reaction shots at the moment the pair are interrupted.

Nudity is also a part of three scenes in a bathhouse. A man is seen from behind in a shower. Three men swim in a hot pool, two of them showing their butts as they dive under the water. A naked man slowly climbs out of a pool and slowly ties his skimpy towel around his waist--shown from the front in the background as two men discuss him.

A man pierces his own ear with an earring. He bleeds all down his neck and onto his shirt.

A man imagines his face slowly eaten up by radiation.

In the subtitles: The F-word is used nineteen times. The S-word is used four times. There are other vulgar and profane expressions scattered throughout the film.

Smoking and drinking are so frequent that one might quit noticing. Cigarettes and alcohol are used for relaxation, even in bed. People get drunk and use poppers at parties.

Cocaine dealing is an important plot point, but no cocaine is actually shown.
