Mine Is Better (1969)

Seong-chun arrives in Seoul from the country and meets his frind Bong-su. Having no place to stay, he is invited to live with Bong-su, but the latter's landlord has strict rules against people not on the lease living in the building. The only way for Seong-chun to get into the house is by disguising himself as a woman and passing himself off as Bong-su's wife.
