Some strong sexual refrences in the songs refering to sex with minors

A slight theme in the plot , about committing adultery with a sibling of a partner.

A man is acidentaly shot (mild)

A man brutally murders his girlfriend with a crowbar. The blows are offscreen, but lots of blood is seen on the man's face and the crowbar. (disturbing and graphic)

After the murder, the same man attempts to murder one of his friends by suffocating her with a plastic bag, and does not succeed as the woman pushes a live chainsaw onto his neck onscreen and shoulders and he dies from decapitation and blood loss. Lots of blood shown. His head falls off offscreen. ( This is extremely graphic and disturbing but light classical music is played over it to lighten it)

A zombie is hit with a crossbow bolt

The surviving woman from the attempted murder kills numerous zombies with a chainsaw onscreen (graphic), you see her covered (and the stairs) with blood and dead zombies.

A man is murdered with garden shears, however you can't see his body, but blood is shown

This content could easily pass for an 18, Nc-17 rating

Quite a heavy amount of profanity, more than 85 four letter profanities

Smoking and drinking at the bar ( but this would be normal as the film is set in a southern town)

No jump out of the dark moments in the movie, but the violence in the last 20 minutes is very disturbing
