Naked Highway (1997)

Colorado abandons his southern roots and heads for Hollywood in search of his ex-lover Billy Jo. En route Colorado meets up with a street hustler looking for love in all the wrong places. Meanwhile Billy Jo does for money what he wouldn't do for love.
