At the Foot of the Icy Mountain (1984)

Set in south Xinjiang Region. Akelai the girl veterinarian finishes the study and returns home from autonomous prefecture. Sheep of commune die everyday. Akelai saves the sheep and controls epidemic disease with a male veterinarian's help.
