Alexandra (1983)

Alexandra, a mysterious unseen woman keeps a watchful eye over three former men in her life and their current wives and girlfriends. She eventually contacts each woman to remind them about her knowledge of their sordid pasts. Diana is trying to hide, from her new husband, Cliff, her past life as a porno actress. Pat is trying to hide, from her husband Martin, her current affair with her boss, Jason, to further advance her own career. Jennifer, Foster's much younger fiancee, is trying to hide that she married him for his money while carrying on with her former boyfriend, Steve.
