Electric Blue 26 (1985)

The USA launches the space shuttle "Curvaceous" with the first all-girl crew. Halfway into the voyage the world receives a transmission from an alien, Dr. Lust, who demands possession of the Curvaceous crew or he will turn all Earth's male population impotent.
