Eyes of the Werewolf (1999)

A laboratory accident leaves Rich blind and at the mercy of a surgeon who performs an eye transplant. Unknown to everyone, the eyes were stolen from a werewolf. All hell breaks loose as Rich extracts revenge during the next full moon.
