The Virgin and the Tough Guy (1974)

Doctor Jorge (Aurélio Tomassini), a charming but arrogant and hopeless womanizer, arrives in a country town and accepts the challenge of winning over the most desired prostitute in the city: Maria Sorvete, who is more interested in enjoying a popsicle than having sex. Meanwhile the women of the town, feeling scorned, organize themselves to retaliate and win the doctor over. One of them, Malu (Esperanza Villanueva), having her advances rejected by Jorge, will try to get revenge on him by convincing the citizens to eliminate the macho man's main physical attribute.
