Thanasi, sfixe ki allo to zonari (1980)

Honest, hard-working--and above all--incorruptible, Thanassis Maganas, an indefatigable IRS auditor who aspires to be a good husband and a reliable provider for his family, reluctantly accepts his wife's desire for contribution to the household's income. As a result, the couple rarely see each other--and to make matters worse--Thanassis' personal success in a huge case of a shameless tax evasion will eventually reward the loyal employee with an unforeseen and disgraceful transfer instead. Now, only a hunger strike will make Thanassis' superiors see his worth; however, is it worth to risk it all to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?
